Bauer Vapor RX:05 Roller Blades

I went to the Behind the Mask Superstore, in Scottsdale yesterday to get my birthday present, a new pair of Bauer Vapor RX:05 Roller-Blades.

While I was at BTM, I looked up at the team jersey’s hanging in the rafters and to my surprise … there was a Polar Bears jersey “Murphy 27″ along with my friend’s jersey “Barry 9″. Not sure how it got there, but I was honored to see a replica Murphy jersey hanging up there. I will miss that Polar Bears logo!

At Behind the Mask they are always helpful and they know HOCKEY! If you don’t live near Behind the Mask, you can find the Vapor RX:05′s at Amazon for about the same price BTM sells the RX:05′s for.

Villanova Ice Cats Hockey Game Highlights

Earlier this month when the Villanova Ice Hockey Team played the ASU Sun Devils, they gave me a jersey and let me help out. I put the sticks on the bench, helped fill their water bottles and cheered them on during the game. The Ice Cats have some really awesome hockey players. I was born in PA right near Villanova University. My Grandpere played football and graduated from that college, so I grew up singing “V” for Villanova!

The score didn’t end very well for the Villanova Ice Cats, but I was thankful for the opportunity to meet them!

Community Service for Polar Bears

The Phoenix Polar Bears Squirt A team will be volunteering at Feed My Starving Children in Tempe tonight. This weekend FMSC will pack it’s 2millionth meal, but if they don’t receive additional funding, they will close. See East Valley Tribune article.

Counting Down to Arvada!
